NFL Week 4 | Picks & Predictions

After a rough week 3 (going 10-6) my record goes 31-17 on the season. My buddy Aaron Truesdale is kicking my ass so far, but its not how you start it’s how you finish and I hope to finish this year strong. Let’s start with me gaining some ground in these Week 4 games! Let’s get to the picks.

Thursday Night Football

Week 4 what we learned: Jacksonville Jaguars vs. Cincinnati Bengals

Jacksonville Jaguars (0-3) @ Cincinnati Bengals (2-1)

After a beat down of the Steelers, the Bengals are riding high and in come the struggling Jacksonville Jaguars. Rookie QB Trevor Lawrence has struggled and 2nd year QB of the Bengals, Joe Burrow, looks great. I expect the Bengals to win easy and improve to a surprising 3-1.

Winner: Bengals 27-14

Early Sunday Football Games

Watch: Falcons coach Dan Quinn talks line play in loss to Washington

Washington Football (1-2) @ Atlanta Falcons (1-2)

I don’t really have a gauge on these two teams. I have no idea if either team is good. I flipped a coin – head for Falcons or tails for Washington. So, that’s who I’m taking. Easy peasy.

Winner: Washington 21-18

Texans vs Bills Prediction, Odds, Spread, Over/Under & Betting Trends for NFL Week 4 Game on FanDuel Sportsbook

Houston Texans (1-2) @ Buffalo Bills (2-1)

Blowout alert! Bills offense is rolling and Houston’s is a train wreck. Bills win easily and improve to 3-1.

Winner: Bills 31-10

Lions vs Bears Opening Odds, Betting Lines and Prediction for Week 4 Game on FanDuel Sportsbook

Detroit Lions (0-3) @ Chicago Bears (1-2)

Yikes. The Bears fresh off an embarrassing performance last week and the Lions fresh off the heartbreak of a 66-yard field goal beating them. I’m going Lions here. This team has fight. Make fun of coach Dan Campbell if you want, but this team plays hard for him. Bears rookie QB Justin Fields looks lost. I feel for him. Detroit picks up their first win of the season.

Winner: Lions 17-10

Panthers v. Cowboys 2021 odds: Carolina set to 4.5-point dogs

Carolina Panthers (3-0) @ Dallas Cowboys (2-1)

This could be the best game of the day. The Panthers are off to a surprising 3-0 start but they have to go play a loaded Cowboys team on the road. The loss of star RB Christian McCaffrey will hurt in this game. The Panthers just don’t have enough firepower to keep up with Dak and his offense. Cowboys win a hard fought game.

Winner: Cowboys 34-24

Colts vs. Dolphins odds, Week 4: Opening betting lines, points spreads plus early movement for NFL matchup - DraftKings Nation

Indianapolis Colts (0-3) @ Miami Dolphins (1-2)

Who else had the Colts at 0-3? Yeah, me neither. Good news Colts fans, this is the game you will win. The Dolphins are not a good team. They should be 3-0 if not for a Damien Harris fumble Week 1 and they won’t be winning this game. This Colts team is too damn talented to keep losing. They get their first win this week.

Winner: Colts 20-16

Browns vs. Vikings: Odds, Spread, Over/Under and Prediction

Cleveland Browns (2-1) @ Minnesota Vikings (1-2)

This Vikings team came out last week and upset the Seattle Seahawks. They have tons of talent on offense it’s just what version of QB Kirk Cousins do they get. I expect them to keep this game close, especially with the game being in Minnesota. The Browns defense is just too much. A late pick 6 by Denzel Ward clinches the game for the Brownies.

Winner: Browns 24-21

Titans vs. Jets odds, Week 4: Opening betting lines, points spreads plus early movement for NFL matchup - DraftKings Nation

Tennessee Titans (2-1) @ New York Jets (0-3)

It’s the Jets. You know the drill, the Jets lose.

Winner: Titans 27-6

Kansas City Chiefs vs Philadelphia Eagles: Emotional Overload

Kansas City Chiefs (1-2) @ Philadelphia Eagles (1-2)

The Chiefs lost two games in a row. That’s right – you read that correctly. That losing streak ends this week. I expect the Chiefs to come out and play with a purpose and take it to the Eagles. Kansas City gets out to a big lead and sits on it as they get back to .500.

Winner: Chiefs 30-20

Giants vs Saints: Plays that tell the story of Sunday's 33-18 loss - Big Blue View

New York Giants (0-3) @ New Orleans Saints (2-1)

The Giants are bad. Like really bad. The Saints just beat up on my Patriots and I expect them to do the same to G Men. Saints roll to 3-1.

Winner: Saints 26-10

Sunday Afternoon Football Games

Cardinals vs Rams Prediction, Odds, Spread, Over/Under & Betting Trends for NFL Week 4 Game on FanDuel Sportsbook

Arizona Cardinals (3-0) @ Los Angeles Rams (3-0)

Another game which should be great. The NFC West is the best division in the NFL. I just love how the Rams are playing and I can’t pick against them right now. QB Matthew Stafford is playing some of the best football of his career and I expect it to continue this week. Rams win a shootout.

Winner: Rams 37-30

NFL DFS Week 17: Locks, Values, and the #CrackUm Player of the Week - On Tap Sports Net

Seattle Seahawks (1-2) @ San Francisco 49ers (2-1)

This game is a must win for Seattle. I know it’s only Week 4, but falling to 1-3 in this loaded division is going to put them in a hole that’s damn near impossible to come out of. This is why I’m going with Seattle in this game. They have been their before and will play with urgency and get the big win. Russell Wilson plays lights out as Seattle rebounds after last week’s loss to Minnesota.

Winner: Seattle 23-13

Ravens vs. Broncos odds, Week 4: Opening betting lines, points spreads plus early movement for NFL matchup - DraftKings Nation

Baltimore Ravens (2-1) @ Denver Broncos (3-0)

The Broncos are playing their first opponent that’s won a game this year! This is their chance to make a statement. With that being said, I’m going with Baltimore. This team just has grit and always seems to find a way to win. This will be a low scoring game with Lamar Jackson running in a late touchdown to win the game for the Ravens.

Winner: Ravens 20-13

Pittsburgh Steelers vs Green Bay Packers Live Stream: How to watch

Pittsburgh Steelers (1-2) @ Green Bay Packers (2-1)

Big Ben looks to be done. Aaron Rodgers looks good as ever. Can you see where this is going? I haven’t been high on Pittsburgh all year and after their performance last week, it just validates what I have been saying. This team needs to rebuild. They have fight, but they just don’t have the talent of these other teams. The Steelers take their rightful place in the basement of the AFC North.

Winner: Packers 27-19

Sunday Night Football Game

Tom Brady puts an end to Patriots debate vs. Bill Belichick with Buccaneers' Super Bowl 55 run | Sporting News

Tampa Bay Buccaneers (2-1) @ New England Patriots (1-2)

This one pulls at my heart strings. As a life long Patriots fan, this game is going to be an emotional one. Tom Brady back at New England for the first time since leaving last year. Emotions will be high at Gillette Stadium this Sunday Night. I just think the Patriots you see around Week 10 will be a lot better than they are now. If this game was later in the season, I’d be picking New England. But it’s not. Bucs win a close game.

Winner: Bucs 27-24

Monday Night Football Game

Chargers vs Raiders live stream: How to Watch Thursday Night Football | Tom's Guide

Las Vegas Raiders (3-0) @ Los Angeles Chargers (2-1)

Just like we all predicted right? The LA Chargers and the LV Raiders playing on Monday night to see who is first in the NFC West (assuming Denver does lose). I just think the Chargers have too much to slow down for the Raiders defense. Justin Herbert outplays Derek Carr in a very good Monday Night Football game.

Winner: Chargers 29-24
