Hi, I am going to give you a fantasy football outlook on all 32 teams. I will be doing this in alphabetical order. It will be 32 teams in the next 32 days. I will be giving a fantasy stud, fantasy bust, fantasy breakout player, fantasy sleeper, top fantasy rookie, and since some leagues do defensive players – instead of team defensive, I will be doing top fantasy defensive player. So let’s get this started. Please follow me on Twitter @aaron_truesdale.
The Drew Brees era has come to an end in New Orleans and I believe they will be okay with Winston at the helm. They will have very good fantasy football players this season as well. I believe there will be a few surprise fantasy players from this team. These are the players I came up with to look for and avoid.
Fantasy Stud: Alvin Kamara RB
Kamara, in my opinion, is the top fantasy running back out there. He should be the one going first overall in fantasy drafts. Kamara not only runs the ball, but he is the best pass-catching running back in fantasy. He also stays healthy. All of that combined is what makes Kamara the best running back in fantasy football.
Fantasy Bust: Taysom Hill QB/WR
Hill is overhyped in fantasy football and I believe he will have hardly any fantasy impact this season even with Brees gone. Winston will be the guy most of the time and Hill will be sprinkled in here and there but not enough to make a fantasy football impact. Put him on your ‘do not draft’ list.
Fantasy Sleeper: Tre’Quan Smith WR
Smith is a guy who has flown under the radar in fantasy football, but this season, I think he will fly above that radar. He will be a wide receiver three by season’s end.
Fantasy Breakout: Adam Trautman TE
With Cook gone, enter Trautman. He will take over as the Saints tight end one this season. They will find a superstar in the making. He will fall late in fantasy football drafts or might not be drafted at all. By season’s end, Trautman will be a solid tight end two in fantasy football.
Top Fantasy Rookie: Kawaan Baker WR
Baker is that diamond in the rough in the seventh round of the draft. He won’t have much fantasy football impact this season but he will be a star in fantasy football future.
Top Fantasy Defensive Player: Malcolm Jenkins S
Jenkins is a safety who does everything on the field. He is a one-man wrecking crew. Wherever the ball is Jenkins will be found. He’s surely worth a pick in fantasy football.
I hope you enjoy my Team Fantasy Outlooks. Please comment to let me know what you think I welcome the feedback. I also will be more than happy to discuss any player or team further.
