NASCAR Driver Spotlight | Jesse Little

If you don’t know who Jesse Little is, then listen up. This young man has had multiple wins in multiple series and has the potential to be the next rising star in the Xfinity Series. Little began racing Quarter Midgets at age 7 and then progressed through Bandolero’s, Legends, Midgets, NASCAR Late Models, and NASCAR ARCA Series. Little has over 48 feature wins throughout these series. By the time Little was 13 years old, he was the Points Champion for the USAC Midget Series.

In 2012, Little made NASCAR history by being the youngest driver to start an ARCA Menard Series East at age 15. From 2012-2017, Little competed in 49 races with 24 top tens, 14 top fives, and 2 wins. Prior to this in 2013-2014, Little also competed in four ARCA Menard Series West, finishing in the top five in each one of them.

Little has also driven in all three of NASCAR’s top series. From 2015-2020, Little drive part-time in the Truck Series competing in a total of 34 races. Out of those races, Little finished top ten in seven of them. Also in 2018 Little competed in two Cup Series races, and in 2020 he competed full-time as a rookie in the Xfinity Series driving for JD Motorsports. Little finished 19th overall in the points. He also finished top ten at both Dayton and Pocono.

Little is currently driving full-time in the Xfinity Series for B.J. McLeod Motorsports. While Little has not gotten off to a great start this season, he has the experience and the talent to be a force to be reckoned with.
