Look at that variety of content above. WOW. It has something for everyone. I’m not going to lie, I grew up on Nickelodeon viewing such favorites as Rugrats, Hey Arnold, Angry Beavers, Rocko Modern Life among others so when I saw the impressive library of Nickelodeon content, I was sold. The $9.99 per month commercial-free subscription fee is very reasonable and even offers a $5.99 per month limited commercial option as well as a yearly subscription offer. It has a lot of family friendly content but basically the appeal of it is the classic network shows. The classic shows you can go back and re-watch on BET, Nickelodeon, CBS, Comedy Central, and MTV offer viewers a huge diverse variety of content to choose from. The 30,000 episodes of TV and 2,500 movies, plus 36 original series arriving this year and the upcoming shows include two Yellowstone spinoffs, a new Star Trek series, and another based on the video game Halo.

New movies like Mission: Impossible 7 arriving 45 days after theaters only sweetens the pot. Throw in the CBS live TV feature for news lovers and that’s just an extra bonus. Don’t forget the live sports on CBS, this will certainly convince the spots fans in your home! Which will mean you can view past Super Bowls from years CBS covered the big game. I think Paramount Plus is a huge upgrade over Hulu and a better, cheaper option than Netflix. Paramount Plus is new so you do have to give it some time to build it’s library up. With the already loaded database of movies and shows, I can’t wait to see what they have next.

Things That Might Bother You About the Service

With any new streaming service there always are a few things viewers will not like. Spongebob and Patrick as you see above are a little conflicted as you all might be but let me explain the few things to ease your mind. Currently there is no watchlist option, no must-see new exclusive content (yet) plus 4K and offline downloads are only available to premium users (which IMO it should be). Movie lovers who want new movie content might not love it either but think about the bang for your buck here. My personal experience with this service has been amazing and I have spent the better part of my free time watching it and telling all of my friends and family how much I recommend this app and that they need to get it to try. It’s completely up to you but if you like quality nostalgic viewing, this service is for you.

With all of that said my advice is to try the free trail of the service and give it a shot. What can it hurt? If you like it keep it and if you don’t use the trial and move on. Stay tuned for the Buzz for release and streaming news.
