John Morrison Wins 4-Way to Replace Keith Lee at Elimination Chamber - PressboltNews

Kickoff Show: Fatal 4-Way Match-Winner earns a spot in the United States Championship match

Elias vs John Morrison vs. Ricochet vs. Mustafa Ali

The match starts out with Ricochet aggressively taking it to his opponents. All four men are very capable and talented competitors. Ali and Ricochet showed their good in-ring chemistry in this match. Morrison also matches up well facing off with Ali and Ricochet. Elias relied on his power in this one but came up short. John Morrison rolled up Ali for the pin. He took advantage of Retribution sending Ricochet spine-first in the ring post.

Winner: John Morrison

WEE : WWE Elimination Chamber 2021: Daniel Bryan wins a chance against Roman Reigns – Latest News, Breaking News, Top News Headlines

Smackdown Elimination Chamber No.1 Contender Match:

Kevin Owens vs. Sami Zayn vs. King Corbin vs. Jey Uso vs. Cesaro vs. Daniel Bryan

Bryan takes on Cesaro to start. I feel these are the two best wrestlers to begin a big match such as this one. We will witness a more scientific style of match mixed with innovation when you’re discussing Bryan and Cesaro.

King Corbin enters first, Corbin attacks Cesaro and Bryan after the leader of the “Yes  Movement” mounted a comeback. Corbin showed a dominating effort while being in at number 1. Corbin had a strong showing in this match.

Sami Zayn is the second participant to enter but refuses to open the door. Cesaro gets impatient and yanks Zayn out of his chamber. Cesaro applied a sharpshooter to Corbin eliminating him. Kevin Owens enters at 3, Owens comes in cleaning house on everyone.

Jey Uso enters at 4, Owens and Uso battle. A stunner to Zayn and Owens eliminates Sami Zayn. Uso hits a frog splash on Owens and eliminates him. Frog splashes Cesaro, and Uso eliminates the Swiss Superman. It comes down to Uso and Bryan. Bryan executes a running knee to Jey Uso, Bryan eliminates Jey.

Winner & No.1 Contender: Daniel Bryan

Daniel Bryan Wins Elimination Chamber Match, Edge Picks His WrestleMania 37 Opponent After WWE Universal Title

Universal Championship Match

Roman Reigns w/ Paul Heyman (C) vs. Daniel Bryan

Bryan counters Reigns spear with the yes lock. I love the surprise element. A spears by Reigns then pummels Bryan and then Reigns hits him with a powerbomb. Reigns applied his submission finisher to Bryan to pick up the quick win. My opinion is, you have to keep Roman looking strong and that’s how you do it.

Winner: Universal Champion Roman Reigns

Post Match Segment: Edge speared Reigns and he pointed to the WrestleMania banner. Edge made it official he wants to challenge the Universal Champion Roman Reigns at WrestleMania. Edge and Reigns will be an incredible matchup.

Backstage Bad Bunny and the Miz have a heated confrontation and Bad Bunny slapped him and when Miz went to retaliate, Damian Priest was there.

WATCH: Riddle Wins US Championship At Elimination Chamber

Triple Threat United States Championship

Riddle vs. John Morrison vs. Bobby Lashley (C)

Lashley has been a man on a mission brutally attacking Riddle. Lashley dominates Morrison, impressive performance and Morrison utilizes aerial moves that show creativity. Riddle has that UFC background when he needs to switch gears regarding his intensity,

Brooooo…….Riddle is a dangerous man.

MVP in my estimation has one of WWE’s best promos if not the best realistically. Morrison and Riddle double teamed the United States Champion.  Lashley possesses so much power! In the later part of the match, Riddle and Morrison get the better of Lashley and then  Morrison focuses on Riddle. Riddle is so unorthodox it makes it hard for opponents to prepare for him. Bro Derek to Morrison. BROOOOOOO

Winner and New United States Champion: Riddle

WWE Elimination Chamber results: Nia Jax and Shayna Baszler Women's Tag Team Titles | News Dome

WWE Women’s Tag Team Championship Match

(C) Shayna Bayzler & Nia Jax vs. Bianca Belair &  Smackdown Women’s Champion Sasha Banks

Belair and Banks make a good pairing, in my opinion.

Belair can match power with the bigger Jax and is a great athlete. The Boss gets the tag and Banks takes it to Nia with some nice double teaming. Bayzler has to resort to her technical ability. Nia uses size to her advantage on Banks and Shayna manipulates Sasha joints.

Banks shows her versatility by going off the ropes.  Reginald comes out, Samoan drop by Jax to Banks thanks to interference by Reginald. Damn you Reginald!

Winners and still WWE Women’s Tag Team Champions: Nia Jax & Shayna Bayzler

MVP and Miz are seen backstage having a conversation. I wonder what this could be about?

Backstage Note on Drew McIntyre for Last Night's Raw | 411MANIA

Elimination Chamber Match for the WWE Championship

(C) Drew McIntyre vs. AJ Styles w/Omos vs. Kofi Kingston vs. Sheamus vs. Jeff Hardy vs. Randy Orton

Hardy against Orton to begin the match.

Orton has to be considered one of the best heels in wrestling. Talk about longevity “The Viper” is a future hall of famer for sure.

Orton starts off very aggressive, weakening Hardy. Randy is ruthless and his shortcut tactics helped him early in this match. Hardy gets resilient by firing some offense back at Randy.

First man to exit the pod is Drew McIntyre. The Champion looked impressive as he always does. Drew brutalized Orton and McIntyre threw Jeff Hardy into a pod. You can’t keep Orton down though, he just finds a way to stick around..

Kofi Kingston is the next man out and he and Randy brawl. Kingston pinned and eliminated Orton on a quick roll up. Orton gave a RKO to both Kofi and Hardy. Omos ripped the door off his off AJ Styles pod and Styles ran into the Chamber attempting to pin both Hardy and Kingston. Adam Pearce ejects Omos out of the match. Kingston is innovation personified, let me tell you. Styles picks his spots that’s a brilliant strategy and why he is one of the best in the world today.

Sheamus comes in next.

I can’t wait for Sheamus and Drew to compete in a singles match. Brogue Kick to Kingston and Sheamus eliminates Kofi. McIntyre with a Claymore kick to Hardy eliminating him. Styles eliminates Sheamus by executing the Phenomenal forearm. Styles and McIntyre are the last two remaining! A Claymore in mid-air and Drew McIntyre wins and eliminates Styles.

Winner and still WWE Champion: Drew McIntyre

After Match Segment: Bobby Lashley spears McIntyre and attacks him. Hurt lock applied to McIntyre and then gets slammed by Lashley. The Miz is cashing in his Money in the Bank.

Miz DDT to Drew only for Drew to kick out and Miz executed the SCF to McIntyre.

The Miz Becomes New WWE Champion At Elimination Chamber 2021

Winner and new WWE Champion: The Miz

To be honest not my favorite show by WWE. I felt there was not a continuation of certain storylines the only positives had to be Edge spearing Reigns and confirming him as his opponent for WrestleMania and Lashley attacking McIntyre. Be sure to check our RSH tomorrow night as the crew gives their take on the Elimination Chamber and what it means as we keep traveling down the road to Wrestlemania 37.
