It’s time to get ready for Super Bowl LV in the making. Are you traveling down to Tampa, FL to join the party? If you know me at all you know that I am a die hard Seahawks Fan that now lives in Tampa Bay, FL. Raised just out side of Seattle and moved to Tampa, FL twenty-one years ago. After living in Tampa for over twenty years I am considered a “Tampa Girl” by most. Let’s be clear, my heart will always belong to Washington State and the Seahawks. As a “Tampa Girl” how do I not support our local team and the area for the Super Bowl. Do I hate Tom Brady, Yes and I am I a Bucs’ fan, No. However, as a NFL Football Fan it is a once in a life time experience to have your home town host a Super Bowl. As the local girl, I am going to give you the down low. Here is everything that you need to know from what to do, where to go, where not to go, and what not to miss!

Armature works is one of the new up coming event spaces in the Tampa Bay Area. It has everything you ever wanted in one spot and is family friendly. Armature works offers countless of different food and drink options, you cant go wrong! Make sure you check out Bar Aw and ask for Nick. If he is he will make you the best home made fire ball shot you have ever had. https://www.armatureworks.com

Stop by Ulele before heading back to Curtis Hixon Park and grab yourself a Frose for the walk back. You can thank me later. http://www.ulele.com

Historic Ybor City is a must day or night. If your are looking for something more family friendly? Definitely check out 7th ave during the day and wonder around all the boutiques and vintage shops. Grab lunch at one of the many restraints. Ybor does get turned up after dark. Plan on an adult only night out filled with Night Clubs, Dive Bars, and Cigar Bars. My two favorite places in Ybor is the Monkey club and Ybor City Cigars. While you are here in Tampa you have to smoke a hand rolled cigar, trust me. https://yborcityonline.com

Skip Dave and Busters and check out Park & Rec. With outdoor yard games like life size connect 4, corn hole, arcade games, DJ and great food this is a adult playground. https://www.youthhasnoage.com

Are you having trouble finding a place to watch the game Sunday night? Here are a few local spots that I recommend. Watch the game with other NFL fans and eat some amazing food with good service. Best of all drink specials.

Tampa is know for many things. At #1 is “How to Bring the Party.” Get ready to run in to a Pirate, try out some local craft beer, and enjoy the Party!
