NFL Pro Bowl 2021 Gone Madden

The Pro Bowl has gone Madden and the NFL has officially revealed the complete AFC and NFC Pro Bowl rosters for 2021. For the fist time since 1946 the Pro Bowl has been canceled. It was originally scheduled to be played Jan. 31st in Las Vegas but due too the ongoing COVID-19 pandemic it will take on a whole new look. Back in October the league announce the game will be replaced with “a variety of engaging activities,” witch left fans a little confused.

Well NFL Fans, just as we had a virtual draft, a virtual Pro Bowl game will be played within Madden NFL 21 this year. The NFL has matched up with EA Sports to create a week-long series featuring NFL Legends, celebrities, and current players and will be available for fans to watch across a variety of platforms.

Kansas City Chiefs QB Patrick Mahomes was the top vote-getter and will lead the AFC. While the Green Bay QB Aaron Rodgers will lead NFC. The Chiefs and Packers tied with the Ravens and Seahawks with the leagues best seven players to make the Pro Bowl.

Who will take home the MVP honors at the end of the season has yet to be determined. What we do know is the Patrick Mahomes, Aaron Rodgers, and Russell Wilson are all named Pro Bowlers.

Who were the Top Five Vote Getters?

  1. 342,352 Votes Kansas City Chiefs QB Patrick Mahomes
  2. 335,156 Votes Seattle Seahawks QB Russell Wilson
  3. 315,356 Votes Tennessee Titans RB Derrick Henry
  4. 309,710 Votes Kansas City Chiefs TE Travis Kelce

Unlike most NFL fans the Pro Bowl is one of my favorite NFL events to attend. Granted the game can stay or go, but it’s the week-long of activities, Skills Challenge, and practices that lead up to game day that are memorable. Players will pop up at activities all over and just hang out, have some fun, and meet up with fans. Practices allow fans to get up close to the action and be on the sidelines. Players will stop and chat with fans and you may just get lucky enough to get that picture or autograph that you have dreamed of. If you lucky enough to score a ticket to the Skill Challenge filming you’re in for some fun. Not only do you get to see the top players from the AFC and NFC challenge each other, but you can also meet up with Elite Super Fans, Cheerleaders, and Mascots from all of the different NFL teams.

Will you be tuning in to the Pro Bowl this year?
